Every year, we welcome our new fellow citizens together with the city and district of Bayreuth as part of the Bayreuth Welcome Event. This year, Mayor Thomas Ebersberger and District Administrator Florian Wiedemann personally welcomed the new citizens of the Bayreuth region.

A bike tour along idyllic paths to the restaurant “Auf der Theta” was planned. Unfortunately, this had to be cancelled due to the weather, but we are confident that we will make up for it next year. However, nothing stood in the way of our cozy get-together on the Theta. They ate together, laughed and toasted to their new home. The evening was filled with exciting conversations and new acquaintances.

The planning of future events for explorers is already in full swing. Our events show the unusual sides of the region and have many surprises in store. This is about meeting new people, exploring Bayreuth and the surrounding area and having a good time together. We look forward to seeing you again!
